Milling
We have invested in the latest advancements in CNC machining over the years to keep up with part quality and delivery times that our customers have come to expect from us, This keeps us at the forefront of our industry. We have the ability and skills to offline program for complex multi part set-ups and online program at the machines for simple parts.
We machine a wide range of materials on our mills, from Aluminium, Steel & Stainless Steels, copper to pre hard mould steels plus many more.
We have also invested in the latest work fixing of Lang fixing plates for fast repeat jig relocation through to latest in dovetail work holding for multi axis machining.
For larger casting work or large part runs we have a Matsuura Horizontal machine equipped with twin pallet, tombstones to keep part production up and unmanned unattended machining.
For parts that require 5axis/multi side machining we have a 5axis Matsuura with Lang fixing & dovetail work holding for fast accurate secure machining.
We also have vertical machining centres capable 2/2.5 & 3D machining, weather its from solid raw material or from castings,

Turning
Like our CNC milling we have also invested in the latest advancements in turning, our CNC turning lathes run 4m full length bar feeds for unmanned turning of large part runs, our sliding head lathe runs a full imeca magazine barfeed capable of short to large quantity runs. We have 2 axis and multi axis turning capability to cope with the small simple and complex jobs through to the larger jobs. weather its bar work,Billet work or casting work we can cope with most situations given to us.
Grinding
We have invested in grinding equipment over the years giving our customer the satisfaction that we can keep most process in house under our own tight high quality assurances. weather a part needs a finish grind after machining or after heat treatment we are able to offer, Surface Grinding, Cylindrical grinding of IDs and ODs, and centerless through feeding grinding. Giving us the ability to deliver a full in house from design to finished part.
Finishing
We understand the importance of part appearance and finish, we are able to offer a number of different part finishing sub-contract supplier base. weather its simple plating (anodizing,zinc,nickel etc) or surface coatings or hardening required.
EDM
Mainly for mould tool making our spark erosion machines range from manual electrode sinking to full CNC unmanned electrode sinking weathers it for part finishing or mould making we can spark from large surfaces to small delicate part details.
Part Assembly
We are able to offer a full in house part start cycle to fully finished assembled product deliver to our customers. When manufacturer a full family of parts we are able to offer a service to cater to you the customer weather its a pre assemble step or a full assembled finished part.
Product Design and Manufacture
With our 30+ Years of expertise in mechanical engineering and machining we can offer in house design of parts or products. We can also work along side many company’s designers from start of concept idea or pro-type stages to finalize any machining/manufacturing requirements before problems arise in costly prototype stages or cutting our any costly manufacturing costs from design.
